Whether you pay your staff weekly, monthly, every 4 weeks or at a different frequency, we are here to take care of it for you.  Payroll data has to be reported to HMRC via RTI (real time information) so you need to use software.  Gone are the days of the little brown envelopes of cash with the holes in so you can see the notes inside.  Payroll is an area where change can happen frequently, whether that be pay rises for staff or HMRC making changes to National Insurance contributions.  We keep on top of the legislative changes to make sure you can do what you do best.

Pensions

Businesses have to have a pension scheme as part of the auto enrolment duties contained within the Pensions Act 2008.  All employees must be assessed to see whether they must be enrolled in the pension.  Employers also have to report to the Pension Regulator to confirm that they are abiding by the rules.  JB Accounts can manage all your pension duties, including providing the letters that have to be given to staff.  As your accountant, we can also file your declaration to the Pension Regulator and keep track of your deadlines.  The declaration has to be done every 3 years so why not add it to our list rather than yours?
